Espresso
  • Ingredients: Cala Coffee beans, filtered water
  • Ratio: 1:2 (1g coffee to 2g water)
  • Grind Size: Fine
  • Instructions:
  1. Preheat your espresso machine.
  2. Add 18g of coffee to the portafilter and tamp evenly.
  3. Brew with 42g of water in 25-30 seconds.
  4. Enjoy the intense, balanced flavors.
French Press
  • Ingredients: Cala Coffee beans, filtered water.
  • Ratio: 1:15 (1g coffee to 15g water).
  • Grind Size: Coarse.
  • Instructions:
  1. Boil water to 200°F (93°C).
  2. Add 30g of coffee to the French Press.
  3. Pour 450g of water over the grounds.
  4. Stir to ensure even saturation.
  5. Place the lid on and steep for 4 minutes.
  6. Press the plunger down slowly and serve.

Pour Over
  • Ingredients: Cala Coffee beans, filtered water.
  • Ratio: 1:16 (1g coffee to 16g water).
  • Grind Size: Medium-fine.
  • Instructions:
  1. Boil water to 200°F (93°C).
  2. Rinse the filter and preheat your brewer.
  3. Add 20g of coffee to the filter.
  4. Bloom: Pour 40g of water over the grounds and wait 30 seconds.
  5. Continue pouring in a slow, circular motion until you reach 320g.
  6. Brew time: 2:30-3:00 minutes.
  7. Enjoy the clean, bright flavor profile of Cala Coffee.
Cold Brew
  • Ingredients: Cala Coffee beans, filtered water.
  • Ratio: 1:7 (1g coffee to 7g water).
  • Grind Size: Coarse.
  • Instructions:
  1. Add 80g of coffee to a cold brew maker.
  2. Pour 560g of cold water over the grounds.
  3. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.
  4. Cover and steep in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
  5. Strain and enjoy a smooth, refreshing cold brew.
